When you talk about "features" in a custom home you are also talking about construction standards and costs.  When you talk about "standards" and "costs" you run the risk of scaring people away.  So be prepared to be scared.  New construction is not cheap, even in the most basic new construction projects.  We have had the good fortune to build homes that are 3 or 4 steps above "standard" new construction.  When you purchase a Lacy Team Construction home you get a great product at a very competitive price, but it will not come "cheap".  We are very happy to find ways to meet a variety of budgets and help you make your dreams come true.  We also promise to NOT tell you things that aren't realistic when it comes to selections, features, and cost.

The following list contains many of the features we consider to be an important part of what sets our projects apart from "standard" construction.  Some of these features may not seem like much, but it's the little things that add up to make a project special.  Obviously we don't "have" to build like we do, but we prefer to build every home we build as if WE were going to live in it.
