When you build a truly custom home you get to (have to) make
many selections. In the perfect project all these selections
would be made prior to the final bid process and certainly
before construction. We realize that our clients are busy
people, but we hope they take our advice and make as many
selections as possible early in the process. Attempting to
“fast-track” the construction process and setting up allowances
without making actual selections increases the chances for
disappointments and cost overruns. Needless to say, one of
our jobs is to help you make those selections in a timely basis.
